Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lane Cove West, NSW, for a Head of Customer Experience. The role involves overseeing and enhancing the overall customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer service teams, analyzing customer feedback and data, developing customer-focused strategies, and addressing day-to-day issues in line with the company's commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Experience Management and Customer Satisfaction processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and drive improvements
  • Expertise in Customer Service strategies and ability to manage day-to-day operations
  • Experience in developing and enhancing Customer Experience strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the renewable energy at a solar retailer
