We have an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team at our Lane Cove Head Office. This fast-paced industry requires you to juggle numerous jobs at the same time, and you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of projects on time and within budget.

To succeed in this role, your primary focus will be driving marketing initiatives that effectively promote our services and strengthen our brand presence. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing content across various channels, and ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging. Alongside your marketing responsibilities, you will also build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, email, paid, events) to achieve growth targets.
  • Lead the planning, creation, and optimisation of integrated campaigns from concept to reporting.
  • Manage and refine customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and CRM automation to boost engagement, growth and retention.
  • Develop content production to ensure brand consistency and high-quality messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Update website with regular content
  • Collaborate closely with sales and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with commercial goals.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of emerging marketing technologies and trends to continuously improve ROI.

Technical Skills Required

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM and paid social advertising.
  • Advanced CRM management and customer journey mapping skills.
  • Experience managing and updating content in a CMS (such as WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • Competency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent) for light design work.
  • Experience with A/B testing, attribution modelling, and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
