Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia OTR TYRES Full time $60,000 - $80,000 per year

OTR Tyres, Wheels and Axles, a proudly Australian-owned national leader in the supply and servicing of tyre, wheel and axle solutions across the mining, transport, construction, and agriculture sectors, is looking for a highly motivated Internal Sales / Customer Service professional to join our growing team in Yatala.

You'll report directly to the Sales Manager – East Coast and play a key role in supporting our customers and sales team.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following duties:

· Being the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries

· Providing advice and guidance on our products and services

· Preparing customer-specific quotes

· Using your sales know-how to up-sell and cross-sell

· Assisting the sales team with data entry and invoicing

The successful candidate will have:

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Friendly, professional and proactive communication style

· High level of attention to detail and strong time management

· Solid computer skills (MS Office + CRM/ERP experience)

· A team player who can also work independently

· Previous customer service or sales experience (highly regarded)

The successful candidate must also be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
