to provide outstanding customer service to clients across Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

The Role
Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our branch. You'll welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide product advice and prepare accurate quotes using V6, in line with Australian Standards, NCC and Design Pressures.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Meet KPIs for response time, quote accuracy, conversions, budgets and customer satisfaction.
