Are you a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and supportive environment? C-View Windows is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales/Customer Service team member to join our growing business in Burleigh Heads.

About Us

We are a well-established, family-owned and operated manufacturer specializing in custom-built aluminium windows and doors. From classic residential to high-end architectural and commercial projects, our quality craftsmanship and personalized service set us apart.

About the Role

This is a diverse and customer-facing role where you'll wear multiple hats, from being the first point of contact at our showroom to assisting with internal sales processes and client quoting. You will engage directly with clients, review architectural plans, and provide support to our sales and production teams. Suited to someone that likes variety in their day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective and timely responses to customer requests.
  • Support showroom sales by guiding clients on product selection, colours, and design advice.
  • Review architectural drawings and window schedules to prepare accurate quotes.
  • Maintain customer relationships through prompt, friendly, and professional service.
  • Continually develop and improve knowledge of products and remain up to date with current building codes.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in windows and doors or construction/sales environment (preferred, but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with good time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
