Perched on Sydney Harbour with sweeping views of the Opera House, Quay is one of Australia's most celebrated restaurants. Led by Executive Chef Peter Gilmore and the Fink Restaurant Group, Quay has proudly held Three Chef
Hats for 23 consecutive years.
We create unforgettable dining experiences through a seven-course tasting menu paired with world-class wines, showcasing the very best of seasonal Australian produce. Behind this experience is a team of passionate Sommeliers, Restaurant Managers, and Waitstaff at the top of their game.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in fine dining service
- Strong food, beverage, and wine knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability for nights and weekends
