Neil Perry's Next Door Double Bay, is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's best, in a bar that values creativity, consistency, and genuine connection with guests.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years' experience behind the bar in a fast-paced, high-end venue
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, service, and beverage craftsmanship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to support junior staff and lead by example during busy service
  • Calm and confident under pressure, with great attention to detail
  • Current RSA certification is essential

Whether you're shaking up signature cocktails or recommending the perfect wine, you'll be part of a team that delivers quality and atmosphere in equal measure—every night.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and serving drinks to the highest standards
  • Engaging with guests and providing warm, knowledgeable service
  • Supporting the Bar Manager in daily operations and service coordination
  • Helping train and mentor junior team members
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and consistency behind the bar
