NeverEnding Experiences is a growing hospitality company specialising in event catering, corporate lunches and delivering exceptional fine dining experiences. As we expand, we’re looking for skilled and personable Bartenders that take pride in their craft, as well as consistently deliver service with energy, accuracy, and professionalism at every event.

**About the Role**
- **Craftsmanship -**Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision, creativity, and consistency
- **Guest Interaction -**Deliver welcoming, attentive, and professional service that enhances the overall guest experience
- **Presentation -**Maintain an elegant and well-organised bar, ensuring every drink meets fine-dining presentation standards
- **Efficiency -**Operate swiftly and cleanly during high-pressure periods while maintaining quality and composure
- **Team Collaboration -**Work closely with the sommelier, front-of-house team, and event managers to ensure seamless service coordination
- **Stock Management**: Track and restock inventory as needed, ensuring compliance with RSA regulations and maintaining bar readiness

**What we are looking for**:

- **Experience of at least 2 years as a bartender, preferably in fine dining environments**:

- **Wine Expertise**: Strong understanding of fine wines, able to assist with wine pairings and collaborate with the sommelier to elevate the guest experience
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure every drink, from glassware to garnish, meets the highest standards of presentation and quality
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in dynamic event environments, adjusting quickly to changes and ensuring smooth service throughout
- **Service Excellence**: A strong commitment to delivering impeccable, guest-focused service
- **Regulatory Knowledge**:In-depth knowledge of responsible service of alcohol (RSA), ensuring compliance and promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests
- **Willingness to work flexible hours** - including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules and requirements.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- On call
- Weekend availability
