Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Health + Fitness professional looking for a role as a qualified Gym Floor Instructor and Personal Trainer then look no further.

Our Club is on the hunt for strong individuals who are passionate about the health and fitness industry to complement our current team. Our clubs are renowned for having a engaging, dynamic and a fun culture so it's important that our Personal Trainers + Gym Instructors are able to display the same qualities, be true brand ambassadors of Next Gen and lead by example.

The Essentials

- Hold Certificate III & Certificate IV in Fitness (Australian Clubs);

- Professional accreditation with AUSactive or Physical Activity Australia;

- Current Senior First Aid & CPR certificate;

- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills;

- Strong work ethic & entrepreneurial spirit; and

- Minimum of two years’ experience as a PT.

Key Duties

- Attending the gym floor & reception area;

- Maintaining the gym equipment;

- Mentoring & fostering member relationships; and

- Building a strong PT business.

About Next Gen Clubs
