Established in 2005 Charter Australia (RTO ID 41038) has grown to become a specialist training company in Health and Community Services and ELICOS (CRICOS Provider Code: 03417F).
Our strong links with local aged care providers give our students valuable work placement and employment opportunities.
We are currently recruiting **multiple trainers for our Wednesday/Thursday classes **to deliver a range of courses in health and community services including:
- **CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support**:
- **CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support**:
- **CHC33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance**
**New trainers** are welcome to apply, we will provide our full support
**Main Duties**
Facilitate classroom-based training and assessment
Undertake own professional development
Contribute to Charter Australia's systematic approach to continuous improvement.
Participate in Charter Australia assessment moderation and validation activities
Contribute to the development of training and assessment materials when required.
**Key Selection Criteria**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent. **RNs with a willingness to obtain or are working towards** the qualification are also welcome to apply.
- Relevant industry experience in aged care and/or health service.
- Registered Nurse preferred but not essential
- Valid Driver's License
- A valid current Police Check within the last 12 months
- Contactable references
