MYER is looking for an Image Management Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality eCommerce content by managing the post-production process for stills and video assets. Working closely with internal teams and external retouching partners, the coordinator is responsible for quality checking content, basic editing and retouching, and maintaining smooth workflows.

About the role:

• Support the post-production process by ensuring all content meets Myer's style guide and quality standards.
• Prepare content from both suppliers and in-house teams, flagging any issues and giving clear feedback.
• Manage basic post-production tasks including reviewing, backing up, exporting, and delivering files to relevant teams.
• Assist with image export, colour correction and retouching using Adobe Photoshop and Capture One.
• Edit short-form video content for the website using Adobe Premiere/Rush.
• Work with our offshore retouching supplier to ensure files are sent and returned on time and to brief.
• Respond to day-to-day image-related requests from internal teams in a professional and timely manner.
• Consistently review website content for issues and rectify or escalate as required.
• Opportunity to work on-set, across digital operations, lighting and photography.

About you:

• Experience working in image manipulation and colour correction.
• Intermediate level knowledge of Adobe CC applications (Photoshop/Bridge/Lightroom) and Capture One Enterprise.
• Intermediate knowledge of studio, lighting and photography processes.
• Intermediate level computer literacy, both Mac and PC, including, Microsoft programs.
• Experience in e-commerce digital operations is highly desirable.
• Experience working with PIM and DAM systems is highly desirable.
• Data entry/analysis background is beneficial.
