MYER is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will provide essential coordination and administrative support across campaigns for Myer's Women's and Men's Apparel and Accessories categories.

About the role:

• Assist in the coordination of day-to-day campaign tasks across Women's and Men's categories, including campaign timelines, status updates and asset tracking.
• Support the Marketing Specialist in briefing creative and media teams organising inputs from concession and national brand partners.
• Coordinate the collection, tracking and filing of product samples for campaign shoots and content creation.
• Assist with delivery of marketing assets across digital, social, in-store signage, email and
• Ensure accurate brand partner logos, imagery and campaign inclusions are filed and ready for use.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Creative, Buying, Merchandise, and eComm to name a few to follow up on deliverables, inputs, and status updates.
• Help prepare meeting materials, WIP agendas, and follow-up summaries for internal reviews.
• Assist with processing advertising subsidy documentation and budget tracking.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign archives and team filing systems.

About you:

• 1–2 years' experience in a marketing, retail, or fashion coordination role.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with marketing or workflow platforms (e.g. Wrike, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Interest in fashion, accessories or kidswear and a customer-first marketing mindset.
