Our client is seeking a Senior Conveyancer to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Contract preparation: Draft contracts and correspondence, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Pre-purchase reviews: Conduct thorough pre-purchase contract reviews to protect client interests.
  • File management: Oversee conveyancing files from initial instruction to settlement, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Stakeholder communication: Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Team leadership: Lead and develop Conveyancing Assistants, fostering a supportive and productive team environment.
  • E-conveyancing: Handle e-conveyancing transactions on PEXA and Duties Online, staying current with digital processes.
  • Additional support: Assist directors and managers with various tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.

  • Detail-oriented: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Pressure performer: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with ease.
  • Experienced professional: Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing to the role.
  • Licensing preferred: While not mandatory, a Conveyancing Licence is preferred for this position.
