THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently working with a well-regarded boutique practice in Melbourne seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Licensed Conveyancer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of quality residential conveyancing files, working in a supportive environment that values both professional growth and work-life balance.

THE ROLE

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish
  • Preparing contracts of sale, section 32s, and transfer documentation
  • Duties Online, PEXA settlements, and verification of identity
  • Liaising with clients, agents, banks, and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring files are compliant and deadlines are met

ABOUT YOU

To be successful, you will have:

  • 4+ years' experience in residential conveyancing in Victoria
  • Either Conveyancer or Licensed Conveyancer qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a team
