About the roleLittlejohn Legal is seeking a talented Lawyer- Generalist to join our team.
You will have minimum 5 years post qualification experience, and have the responsibility for files across multiple areas of practice including but not limited to:
· Wills, Powers of Attorney and Deceased Estates;
· Commercial – lending; leases; sales and purchases of businesses; solicitor certificates for mortgagors and guarantors including trust and self-managed superannuation funds;
This is a varied and challenging role for someone looking to expand their career gaining exposure to many different facets of law within a suburban legal practice.
Experience in any other of our practice areas will be highly regarded, with particular reference to Wills and Estates, and Family Law.
This role is a full-time permanent opportunity based in our Dingley Village office working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
About YouYou are a motivated, proactive, and confident person who is eager to learn and expand their legal knowledge. You thrive on interacting with lots of different people, building relationships and leaving lasting positive client experiences to all that you meet. In addition, you will have:
· A current unrestricted Australian Practising Certificate;
· Highly developed organisation skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks;
· An ability to deal with clients from all walks of life;
· Friendly manner, with outstanding communication skills both verbal and written;
· Experience with Outlook and Microsoft office is essential, and exposure to Smokeball is a bonus.
