Our client, a dynamic and well-established boutique Law Firm offer their clients quality services through their focus on key areas of specialisation. Located in modern offices on St.Kilda Road there is convenient car parking as well as being easily accessible by public transport.

About the role...

As a valued member of a team of experienced, dedicated and supportive lawyers and conveyancers you'll enjoy w**orking on a range of residential, off-the-plan, property development and commercial matters.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to...**

  • manage residential sales and purchaser files from start to finish
  • draft correspondence, letters, contracts and statements
  • complete contract reviews
  • liaise with clients and other stakeholders
  • prepare and manage subdivisions
  • arrange settlements via PEXA and complete Duties Online forms
  • complete associated administration tasks including opening and preparing new files, conducting searches and preparing bills

Skills and experience we'd love...

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancerin addition to:-

  • excellent time management skills
  • sound knowledge of PEXA
  • excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client service focus
  • strong attention to detail
  • a positive and pro-active team attitude
