The Team
You'll join our high-performing Sales and Growth team that works closely with Presales Architects, Delivery Leads, and our Salesforce and MuleSoft partners.

The Role
We're hiring an
Account Executive
to drive new business growth and expand our client partnerships across Australia.
You'll find, nurture, and close profitable opportunities - building long-term relationships with clients, Salesforce, and MuleSoft stakeholders. With a strong understanding of professional services and digital transformation, you'll position Cloudwerx as a trusted partner, ensuring every engagement delivers real business value.
What you'll do
- Identify, attract, and grow profitable customers through proactive engagement and relationship-building
- Drive incremental sales via your network and through close collaboration with Salesforce and MuleSoft
- Own your pipeline- manage leads, opportunities, forecasts, and account planning
- Create a seamless buyer experience from first contact to successful delivery
- Partner with Presales to shape proposals, bids, and discovery engagements
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and customer advocacy activities
- Represent the Cloudwerx brand and value proposition at key industry and partner events
- Maintain alignment with Salesforce and MuleSoft teams - establish weekly touchpoints and shared account planning
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of pipeline and forecasts
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to a collaborative, high-trust team culture
What we're looking for
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets in professional services or consulting
- Strong background working with strategic technology vendors - particularly Salesforce and MuleSoft
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, automation, cloud, and managed services
- Experience in or exposure to the financial services sector is highly desirable
- Skilled in building trust and rapport quickly across diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to empathise with client needs
- Strong business acumen with a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable operating autonomously while collaborating across teams
- Experienced in complex deal management and partner ecosystem engagement
