Account Executive – AI-Native Risk Software

Are you an Account Executive who has had success, but you aren't in an environment where the deals are exciting, the problems are real, and you actually share in the upside?

Maybe you're working for a SaaS company with global HQ, trying to break into APAC without the right support or local strategy.

Maybe the product you're selling just doesn't feel like it solves enough of a pressing problem for your customers.

Now imagine walking into a team where every single person is genuinely proud of what they do because they know they're solving critical problems for clients.

This company has been pioneering AI-native risk software long before AI became a buzzword. They're growing fast, already winning household-name clients across APAC, and moving towards $1B ARR.

You'll be responsible for winning enterprise logos and growing existing accounts, supported by a team built for success:

  • An SDR who's slick with automations and feeding you quality leads
  • A CMO who works hands-on with sales weekly to fuel demand
  • A Sales Director who has scaled a SaaS company to unicorn status

You'll walk into a portfolio of referenceable enterprise clients – one calls this software their "secret weapon" and be set up for long-term career progression as the company scales.

What you will need:

  • Strong SaaS sales experience with enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to manage complex cycles and close $100K+ deals
  • A humble, team-first mindset that thrives in a scale-up environment

Salary

$180K base + $330K OTE UNCAPPED

Remote Work

50% WFH / OFFICE based anywhere in Australia or NZ, with offices in Sydney & Melbourne.
