Account Executive (Sydney) - Your Launchpad into Digital Marketing

Now, we're looking for an energetic and motivated Account Executive to join our team based in Sydney. In this role, you'll work closely with an Account Director to support a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and results are delivered. You'll gain exposure to all areas of digital marketing from social content to paid campaigns and customer experience while building the skills to grow into an Account Manager role.
This position is well suited to a
graduate with internship experience or someone early in their career
who's sharp, hungry, agile and ready to grow. We have a proven track record of up-skilling our Account Executives quickly, giving you the opportunity to develop and progress fast in your career.
We are looking for someone who is curious, organised and a strong communicator. You'll be supporting multiple projects at once, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are key.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the Account Director with day-to-day client management across multiple accounts
- Assist in coordinating campaigns and projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Prepare and update reports, presentations and client documentation
- Work closely with creative and digital teams to deliver campaign assets
- Help manage client communications, including agendas, meeting notes and follow-ups
- Conduct research to support campaign planning and strategy development
- Contribute ideas to team discussions and creative problem-solving
Experience
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or similar qualification
- Up to 1–2 years' experience in marketing, digital, or client services (internships and placements count)
- A passion for digital marketing and an eagerness to grow your skills
- Exposure to education or property industries is a plus but not essential, desire to learn about these industries is essential
