Job Summary: As Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. You'll assist in managing all facets of the front office and guest services, setting the stage for unforgettable experiences. Your commitment to upholding brand standards and local regulations will be essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Embody the voco spirit and be a brand ambassador for voco Brisbane City Centre.
  • Lead emergency procedures and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee night audits and maintain accurate hotel accounts and revenue reports.
  • Collaborate across departments to solve challenges and enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within hospitality.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems such as Opera and POS - Simphony.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with financial processes and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt to various audiences.
  • QLD RSA certificate (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to work in Australia.
