About the role

As a Sales Representative in Marine Construction at GCMarine Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and success within the marine construction industry. This full-time position is based in Arundel, QLD 4214, and will see you responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service working directly with the Managing Director you will be required to travel to boat shows etc , a Company vehicle will be provided and full training for the position.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively prospecting and generating new sales leads within the marine construction industry
  • Conducting effective sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts
  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborating with the wider team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline data
  • Providing regular progress reports and contributing to the overall sales goals of the company
