**Your new role**
At Ausgrid, we’re at the forefront of Australia’s energy transition, enabling a smarter, more sustainable grid. As we rapidly scale up our Distributed Energy Storage capabilities, we’re looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager to lead strategic contract negotiations and unlock commercial value across our growing battery storage portfolio.

- Champion commercial and regulatory best practices - keeping pace with NEM and AEMO market developments, global supply chain trends, and compliance frameworks (including the SOCI Act).
- Deliver clear, actionable insights into contract performance, financial risks, and strategic opportunities - supporting executive and board-level decision-making.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and agile work culture.

You are highly organised, with excellent prioritisation and time management skills that allow you to juggle multiple commercial projects effectively. You communicate with clarity and confidence, and your ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, particularly at a senior level, sets you apart.
