Are you a master of organisation with a knack for bringing creative plans to life? Do you love being the central point of contact that keeps a team moving in perfect harmony? We're looking for a vibrant and proactive Service Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic restoration company in Western Sydney.
What You'll Be DoingAs our client's new Service Coordinator, you are the essential link that turns big ideas into reality. You'll ensure everyone and everything is in the right place at the right time and:
- Craft and orchestrate dynamic technician schedules, (Experience with software like ServiceM8 is a bonus)
- Collaborate with our brilliant case Managers and on-site crews to create realistic, achievable timelines.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of project progress, celebrating milestones and noting any variances from the plan.
- Become our go-to problem-solver, spotting potential roadblocks ahead of time and creatively finding solutions to keep everything on track.
- Ensure our scheduling data is always accurate and well maintained.

We're looking for someone with a great attitude and a passion for organisation. Ideally, you'll have:
- A background in a similar role like scheduling, planning, or coordination (experience in construction, engineering, or facilities is a huge plus).
- A assion for creative problem-solving.
- A natural talent for organisation and a love for getting the details just right.
