- As the **Part Sales Coordinator**, under the guidance of the Part Sales Supervisor, you'll spearhead the delivery of top-notch service to our valued WesTrac Customers, ensuring an unparalleled experience.
- In this pivotal customer-facing and phone-based role, you'll adeptly locate and identify machine parts, providing cost-effective solutions for swift delivery. Additionally, meticulous attention will be given to processing all parts orders and inquiries promptly and accurately.

**Location**: Parts Distribution Centre, South Guildford WA

**Roster**: Monday-Friday 8-hour days (Full Time Permanent)

**To be successful, the following is required**:

- Proven expertise in customer service within sales or service realms, showcasing adeptness in influencing and negotiating positively
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills and a proven track record in navigating challenging scenarios
- Preferable background in automotive or mining industries
- A solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating proactive problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to embrace a rotating roster and overtime as needed
- Proficiency in computer skills, encompassing MS Office proficiency, inventory management, and warehouse systems
