- Reporting into the RTO Manager, the **RTO Coordinator** will join our Training & Development Department on a full-time basis at our WesTrac Institute in South Guildford.-
- This role involves providing administrative support to our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with regulatory standards.-
- **Roster**: Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days (including meal break)-
- **What You’ll Do**:

- Respond to frontline requests and queries related to RTO and Apprenticeship training-
- Provide solutions and advice around student support and progress-
- Monitor and action the RTO inbox promptly and efficiently-
- Maintain training and assessment resources and documentation to meet regulatory requirements- ** Skills & Experience**:

- Working knowledge of the VET sector and RTO operations-
- Experience using a Training Management System and working within an RTO/training environment-
- Ability to provide administrative support while offering leadership guidance-
- Highly developed organisational and prioritisation skills-
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment-
