About the role

Auston Grand Realty Group has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Property Manager to join our team in Homebush West, NSW. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and maximising returns for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Liaise with tenants, owners, and contractors to resolve any issues or concerns promptly
  • Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords
  • Oversee the leasing process, including marketing properties, screening tenants, and negotiating rental agreements
  • Manage the collection of rent and any arrears, ensuring timely payments from tenants
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property-related activities
  • Provide excellent customer service to both tenants and property owners

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar property management role
  • Proven track record in managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and landlords
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Thorough understanding of the residential leasing and property management industry, including relevant legislation and regulations
  • Proficient in using property management software and technology
  • A valid real estate license and/or certificate in property management
