Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sydney, NSW for a Property Development Manager. The Property Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing property development projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include conducting feasibility studies, budgeting, finance management, property management, and contract negotiations. The role requires close coordination with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality property projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting Feasibility Studies and strong Finance management skills
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Property Management
  • Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the property development industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
