What you'll be doing?
  • Team Compliance: Oversee the Property Management team's adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Problem Solving: Identify challenges and collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions.
  • Best Practice Sharing: Recognize team strengths and leverage them to share best practices across the organization.
  • Application Review: Check and approve Tenancy Applications, ensuring all necessary criteria are met.
  • Documentation Management: Supervise the execution of Tenancy Agreements and associated documents.
  • Property Marketing: Prepare and place advertisements for available rental properties to attract potential tenants.
  • Client Communication: Manage rental enquiries, show available properties, and maintain regular contact with current landlords.
  • Property Maintenance: Organize repairs and maintenance for managed properties, conducting inspections when necessary.
