The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Property Strategist / Buyer's Agent to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in the real estate and property investment space while working with qualified leads provided by our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Strategy
  • Conduct property investment consultations with pre-qualified clients
  • Develop tailored strategies aligned with goals, finances, and risk profile
  • Build detailed investment portfolios and maintain accurate client records

Property Evaluation & Recommendations:

  • Assess properties for investment suitability and long-term potential
  • Prepare analysis reports including cash flow projections and feasibility
  • Present recommendations and provide ongoing portfolio reviews

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Monitor property trends, suburb performance, and infrastructure projects
  • Analyse investment opportunities across cities and asset classes
  • Prepare concise market insights and reports for clients

CRM & Transaction Management:

  • Maintain CRM records, track milestones, and generate performance reports
  • Manage transactions and liaise with solicitors, brokers, builders, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 1–2 years' experience in buyers' agency or property advisory
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Understanding of property contracts and transactions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
