Are you organised, people-focused, and passionate about creating a welcoming environment? We're looking for a motivated Receptionist & Office Administrator to be the friendly face of our office while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.


About the Role

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, ensuring they feel welcome and supported. You'll also play a key part in keeping our office organised, stocked, and running at its best. From greeting visitors and managing building access, to coordinating meetings, supporting IT onboarding, and helping with company events — no two days will be the same.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys supporting people, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors, manage sign-ins, and direct them to the right team.
  • Answer calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, deliveries, and supplies.
  • Support new employee onboarding with workstation and IT setup.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, security compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and order office supplies (kitchen, stationery, and more).
  • Assist with office events and engagement activities.
  • Provide first-level IT and printer troubleshooting and liaise with providers.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance office and reception efficiency.
  • Uphold Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) standards.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in reception, office admin, or customer service.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, office administration, or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy helping people.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Comfortable with basic IT troubleshooting and coordinating support.
  • Discreet and reliable in handling confidential information.
  • Proactive mindset — always looking for ways to improve systems and service.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.
