High performance Sales Manager wanted, preferablyin Registered Training Organisation space.

However we believe a Sales Manager is a Sales Manager despite the industry.

We deliver Nationally Accredited Qualifications across Australia.

We have been proudly Training and Qualifying Australia's workforce since 1995 and have a strong and proud reputation across Industry for delivering quality outcomes to multiple Industries.

We deliver predominately throughout Queensland and also across Australia in High Priority Skills Shortage Qualifications including Building and Construction, Automotive, Horticulture and Hospitality. We also deliver purpose built short courses and customised training to meet business requirements at Government, Public and Private company levels.

This role suits a fast paced, quick thinking, team driven individual who thrives on their own success and that of the teams wins .  An individual who can train teams to perform and enjoys building success through relationships, networks and ensuring customer focused satisfaction outcomes

Successful people in this job role:

  • Are organised and self directed
  • Are able to build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Manage and own their own calendar and teams productivity while work closely with the other department leaders
  • Having a background in the VET sector and industry knowledge will be a definite advantage
