At Penrhos, we believe that courage and curiosity create the foundation for learning—and living—without boundaries. We are seeking caring, proactive, and community-minded Boarding House Year Coordinators to join our Boarding team from Term 1, 2026.
Ongoing full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Your Role in the Adventure:
EMBRACE – Build authentic relationships with boarding students, creating a safe and nurturing home away from home.
CREATE – Foster a vibrant, inclusive boarding community through engaging social, cultural, and recreational activities.
SOAR – Support each student's wellbeing, academic growth, and personal development.
BLAZE – Lead with initiative, positivity, and courage, modelling consistency and compassion in all interactions.
IMPACT – Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young women by helping them develop confidence, resilience, and independence.
What You Bring:
• Experience working with young people and providing pastoral care
• Ability to build trust and foster positive relationships
• Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Computer literacy (database experience highly regarded)
