The **Karalee on Preston**is situated in Como, overlooking the Swan River. It is renowned for its friendly, relaxed atmosphere & excellent tavern style food. The Karalee is open for lunch & dinner 7 days & seats approximately 120 people.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced **Venue Manager** to join our successful management team & business. This is a great opportunity to step up and take on a lead role, managing our Bar, Restaurant & Bottleshop departments.

- Ability to build rapport with customers easily
- Honesty & integrity
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- _**Approved Managers with experience**_
- Solid experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in food, beverage & bottleshop management
- Strong leadership with a hands on approach
- Exceptional customer service & an ability to pass this on to others
- Strong H&L POS experience
- Attention to detail (back & front of house)
- Current Police Clearance

A passion to deliver and maintain excellent customer service will see you flourish in this position. Also the ability to motivate & lead staff along with a hunger to succeed & grow the business are key in the role.
