We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and detail orientated Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role provides administrative support to our marketing team and marketing support to our 330 C&K Kindergartens and Childcare Centres throughout Queensland.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing activities and provide operational support across campaigns, events, and centre-level initiatives to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Coordinate C&K's participation in events across Queensland, ensuring centres and staff are equipped with required marketing resources and collateral.
• Support C&K Kindergartens and Childcare Centres with local area marketing initiatives, providing guidance and materials to strengthen community engagement and brand presence.
• Assist the Marketing Campaign Manager in the planning and delivery of major campaigns such as Open Week and Enrol Now, including campaign assets, email communications, and local activation support.
• Manage and monitor promotional merchandise and marketing materials to ensure adequate stock and distribution for campaign and event needs.
• Contribute to marketing projects and initiatives that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and enrolment outcomes.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing email correspondence, managing our owned assets.

About You

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Attention to detail and excellent time management
• Willingness to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using digital programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Fresh Service and Canva
• Experience in an administrative role, preferably in marketing or a related field (desirable)
• Ability to develop working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• A tertiary qualification(s) in marketing, communications or related discipline (or studying towards) (desirable).
