- Build and maintain effective relationships with industry partners and relevant external stakeholders.
- Provide policy and procedural advice to students, staff, and stakeholders; contribute to procedure development aligned with University policy and legislation.
- Support quality assurance processes for professional practice education and maintain up-to-date guidance materials for students and providers.
About you
The successful candidate will hold an associate diploma or certificate level qualification with relevant subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or training.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating student placements within an educational or professional setting, including working collaboratively with academic staff and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and industry partners.
- Sound knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and legislation governing student placements, and the ability to provide accurate advice and contribute to procedural development.
- Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement processes, particularly in relation to professional practice education and student support materials.
- Proficiency in using placement databases and digital systems, with a high level of attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including supervising administrative staff and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
