What You'll Be Doing

This full-time, hybrid position (based in Southport, QLD) offers flexibility and the chance to work with a supportive, high-performing team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

  • Managing your own portfolio of healthcare clients and doctor candidates
  • Handling inbound job requests and filling locum shifts across Australia
  • Building long-term relationships with doctors and clients through regular calls and check-ins
  • Coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process—from job matching and compliance to onboarding and post-placement follow-up
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely placements that meet client needs
