Key Responsibilities
: As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely management of customer accounts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reconciliations, payment allocations, and collection of overdue accounts across medium to large customers.
  • End-to-end Accounts Receivable functions in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Investigating and resolving invoice disputes and non-payment queries.
  • Preparing and processing credit notes for approval.
  • Conducting daily inbound and outbound calls to facilitate prompt customer payments.
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Taking ownership of assigned accounts, using initiative to identify and resolve issues.

About You
: You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach to managing accounts. To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage competing tasks, work under pressure, meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or a related finance function.
