Your Role
  • Lead and support a team of maintenance plumbers
  • Occasionally, get on the tools to lead by example
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on trade experience required to effectively support technical operations
  • Manage and track KPIs to drive performance and satisfaction
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members
  • Liaise with customers to ensure outstanding service
  • Support tradesmen with larger quotes and complex jobs
  • Promote safety, efficiency, and team culture
  • Oversee stock control and ordering
  • Facilitate meetings to promote collaboration and growth

What You Bring
  • A people-focused leader who inspires, not bosses
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Experience managing in a trade business - Plumbing is preferred but not required
  • Minimum 3 years of maintenance plumbing management experience
  • Great communication and adaptability
  • Tech-savvy (ServiceTitan or similar job management software)
  • Confident setting and tracking team goals
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
