- Assisting Project Managers in implementing the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Improvement (MERI) Framework.
To excel in this position, you'll need experience in:
- Project Coordination: Ability to efficiently lead and coordinate various program requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of the National Heritage Trust program.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to conduct workshops, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain productive relationships with Australian Government Departments.
- Strategic Planning: Capability to maintain the currency of natural resource management planning, prioritise management actions, and actively participate in communities of practice and advisory groups.

- Community Collaboration: Skills to support and plan for community participation in project delivery, fostering a collaborative approach and ensuring active involvement.
- Communication and Reporting: Ability to deliver effective project communication activities and support Project Managers in implementing the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting, and Improvement (MERI) Framework.
- Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining a productive, cooperative, and ongoing relationship with Australian Government Departments, acting as a key liaison contact.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensuring appropriate governance frameworks are maintained, meeting performance criteria, and ensuring compliance with Grants Guidelines.
- Record-Keeping: Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining records, key registers, and program documentation, adhering to record-keeping standards.
- Safety Compliance: Commitment to maintaining Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements, ensuring a safe working environment.
