Reporting to the Senior Manager – Business Support & Facilities, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, responding to incoming communications, coordinating appointments, and assisting with requests from various departments across the organisation.

full-time, office-based role,
based at our
Parramatta office
.
What will your new day look like?
- General reception and office administration duties including answering incoming calls and coordinating appointments;
- Respond to administrative requests from various departments in a timely and effective manner;
- Car fleet administration including logging vehicle use, maintaining records, and coordinating cleaning;
- Maintain the reception area and greet customers with a smile
- Accurate data entry and assist with maintaining electronic and written records, handling incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail;
- Assist with bulk correspondence and mailouts to tenants in regard to rent reviews, rent arrears and other tenancy related matters;
- Maintain adequate stationery and consumables including bathroom and kitchen consumables, and such common areas and amenities are kept clean and maintained;
- Assist, as required, with the organisation of meetings/events including setting up/packing up, food preparation, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Some important things you will need to begin this journey
- Experience in a business/support or administration officer role
- Great administration skills and attention to detail
- Enjoy collaborating within a team and liaising effectively with other departments to support broader business needs
- Strong communication skills and a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Commitment to delivering an excellent customer service experience
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Are a self-starter who is organised and able to prioritise
- Are flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing business and departmental needs
- Show initiative and a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving
- Possess a current Driver's License
- Awareness of the social and community housing sector services and principles (desirable)
- Work experience in social, community or housing services sector (desirable)
- Willingness to obtain a National Criminal Record Check
- Willingness to obtain a NDIS check.
