Project Manager, Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to working within the PMO team. The successful candidate will have the skills and experience to deliver projects end to end while maintaining and managing client expectations, budget and schedule.
Project delivery will be inline with the Nexon project methodology.
The highly sought after candidate that we are seeking for this dynamic, highly autonomous role will possess.
- Outstanding Stakeholder Management and Engagement Skills (internally & externally)
- Experience in successfully managing complex projects.
- 6+ years of experience minimum within IT delivery environment
- Qualifications in PRINCE2 \ Agile Project Management Methodology
- Proven experience managing Large to Enterprise organisation.
- Excellent Communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Cloud, Network and Contact Centre Experience (2 of 3 ideally)
- Resource Management skills
- Experience in Change Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project artifacts as required for delivery, project plan, including scope, schedule, resource management, status reporting and project controls
- Deliver projects "on time and within budget" as agreed at project acceptance.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams in order to successfully deliver projects on time and budget
- Manage resource planning against delivery schedule and budget
- Seasoned in managing internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise, influence and track delivery
- Attend customer site as necessary to deliver project outcomes.
- Effectively communicate both technical and non-technical concepts to project sponsors and stakeholder
- Maintain records for all official meetings (agendas and minutes).
- Complete project hand over to the Nexon Operations team ensuring all deliverables are correctly accounted for. This will include but not be limited to, site diagrams, "as built plans", customer contact details, contractual SLA's, completion exception report etc.
