Due to the continued expansion of our business, GBsqd is seeking high-performing, talented, and detail-oriented consultants to join our established Quantum team. We are looking for individuals across various experience levels who are eager to develop their industry expertise and advance their careers by working on some of the region's most complex and challenging disputes and projects.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates who possess:

  • A Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a PQS or in commercial roles for main contractors, EPC contractors, subcontractors, or client side teams.
  • An additional 5 years' experience assisting experts in data compilation and analysis for the preparation of independent and impartial reports (specifically for roles of Associate Partner and above).
  • Membership of a relevant construction professional body (RICS, AIQS, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of valuation principles related to prolongation costs, disruption, variations, and termination costs.
