Key Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to accounting teams and partners
- Manage director diaries, client liaison, and email correspondence
- Handle ASIC and ATO portal activities including lodgements and registrations
- Oversee client onboarding, compliance docs, invoicing and database admin
- Support tax and BAS lodgements, entity setups, and audit insurance programs
- Mentor junior admin staff and contribute to continuous team improvement
- Organise internal events, training, and team meetings
- Maintain smooth office operations and liaise with external service providers
Key Skills
- Prior admin experience in an accounting or professional services firm
- Exposure to accounting software (ideally Xero, CAS360, ATO portals)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently
- Confident managing client relationships and working with senior leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
