- ABOUT THE ROLE

Property Sales and Leasing Team is currently seeking a Lease Administrator to join their team in Redfern or Blackburn on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting to the Team Leader of Sales & Leasing team, you will support in the day-to-day management of the Salvos Stores’ property portfolio across the country.

You will be responsible for:

- Undertake transactional administration processes related to the negotiation, recording, maintenance, and documentation of leases.
- Review of lease information to ensure accuracy in Salvos Stores systems including Lease Eagle.
- Liaise with legal department to draft contracts and leases ensuring compliance with legal requirements are met.
- Manage communication and workflow of critical dates, such as occupation and lease end dates.
- Monitor correct payment of rent and outgoings.
- Take a proactive approach to resolving queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role you will have:

- 7+ years of Lease administration experience in the Real Estate sector or experience working in the community or not for profit sectors desirable.
- A strong understanding of Retail Leases Act, lease negotiations and management or ability to interpret lease clauses and their legal implications for Retail.
- Proficient IT skills or experience with Lease Eagle desirable.
