**Your new role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic administration professional who will enjoy working close to home primarily at our Blackburn office. The position is Full Time, working during office hours 9.00am to 5.06pm.

Key responsibilities of the Administration Officer include:

- Reception coverage; assisting clients and stakeholders with enquiries at reception and over the phone in a timely manner
- General office administration; proactively keeping all office functions working efficiently
- Meeting coordination; invitations, room bookings, agendas and minute taking
- Program support; supporting program staff with administrative tasks and maintaining client databases as required

**Your skills and experience**:
