Sydney-based hospitality group, Liquid & Larder, are searching for experienced, charismatic waitstaff to join the team at Bar Julius.

About The Venue:

Located in Sydney's Redfern, on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern's creative hub, The EVE sits at the heart of a new lifestyle precinct, Wunderlich Lane. Featuring a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, lobby bar and dining, as well as an in-room dining service, all under Liquid & Larder's remit as the hotel's exclusive hospitality partner.

Bar Julius is The Eve's European-inspired lobby bar. A welcoming and vibrant hub that caters to every taste—open early and up late, from caffeine to cocktails served alongside bistro classics. It's a place for our guests to settle in and reset, and we are looking for waitstaff to cater to our guests in this nostalgic bar.

About The Role:

The dining experience starts with you. With excellent attention to detail and warm communication, you will provide a personal, professional, and engaging experience, understanding our guests' needs and expectations, whether it be breakfast before a flight, a long business lunch or pre-dinner drinks, you will deliver best-in-class service.
