Looking for a waitstaff/host to join our team. Tokyo Bird is a cocktail and whisky bar in Surry Hills. We also have an extensive range of Japanese whiskies.

We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and highly customer driven. You will be reporting directly to the venue manager and be responsible.

**Duties will include**:

- Host duties, greeting guests at door
- Arranging bookings and making adjustments on the night
- Taking customer orders
- Processing payments
- Running food/drinks
- Resetting tables
- Opening/closing floor

**Required**:

- RSA required
- **Fri/Sat evenings required**:

- Alcoholic product knowledge
- Ability to carry tray
- Confidence to converse and upsell guests.

**Who we're looking for**:

- 2+ years experience in a fast paced bar or restaurant environment.
- Someone whom takes initiative and thinks ahead.
- Ability to multi-task.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.85 per hour
