Liquid & Larder has been appointed following a competitive tender as the official food and beverage partner for The EVE Hotel Sydney - the city’s most anticipated new-build boutique hotel opening of the year.

**About The Venue**:
Located in Sydney’s Redfern, on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern’s creative hub, The EVE sits at the heart of a new lifestyle precinct, Wunderlich Lane, and will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, lobby bar and dining, as well as an in-room dining service all under Liquid & Larder’s remit as the hotel’s exclusive hospitality partner.

**Bar Julius** is The Eve’s European-inspired lobby bar. A welcoming and vibrant hub that caters to every taste—open early and up late, from caffeine to cocktails served alongside all-day bistro classics. It’s a place for our guests to settle in and reset and we are assembling a team of Front of House professionals —** Restaurant Supervisors, Wait Staff, Runners, and Hosts** — to cater to our guests in this nostalgic bar.

**About The Roles**:
This all day dining experience starts with you. With excellent attention to detail and warm communication, you will provide a personal, professional, and engaging experience, understanding our guests’ needs and expectations, whether it be breakfast before a flight, a long business lunch or pre dinner drinks you will be delivering best-in-class service.
