The company has been in operation over 20 years and is experiencing an influx of work. They are specializing in large-scale housing developments, subdivisions and new homes across Sydney.

They are well-known in the housing industry for their stand-out brand and internal culture. 

This role will suit someone who is experienced in sales estimating from within the housing industry. It will be mainly sales estimating, however, will transition into production estimating depending on the jobs that come through and company workload.

Role: 

  • Providing accurate pricing for contracts and variations including appropriate margin considerations
  • Analyse project documentation to determine if all elements are included
  • Obtain relevant quotes and pricing for non-standard variations
  • Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the process and identify potential areas of risk in the project.
  • Offer technical support to team members and sales staff
  • Maintain organised files and appropriate documentation of completed work

Requirements:

  • Sales estimating experience from within a home builder
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications within the Residential Building Industry
  • Strong customer service focus
  • High level of numeracy and computer usage skills (Estimating and Office applications)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
