The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Part-time and Casual Sales Associates to join our team. The positions plays a pivotal role, delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting the team with various operational tasks. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate the dynamic needs of the business.

Responsibilities

 Delivering genuine and authentic customer service experience for all customers in line with company values and expectations.

 Greet an engage customers warmly, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.

 Develop an in-depth understanding of Akubra products, including features, benefits and heritage, effectively communicate this information to customers.

 Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Your Experience

 Proven track record of successful experience in a similar position, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

 Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales targets.

 Proven ability to drive and exceed results.
